Example 3 – Finger Gym – Guitar Techniques

In this session we are going to use the same concept I described in lesson number 2, but now we will apply this to all six strings. This will create a circular repetitive pattern that you can use as a warm-up.

As usual remember don’t speed up at the beginning, pay attention to the quality of your playing. Over time you will be able to play this faster and faster, so stay patient.
